Top Bike Builders’ Work on Display This Summer at Orange County Fair
Saddlemen takes pride in announcing our sponsorship of the “Hawg Heaven” motorcycle display at the upcoming Orange County Fair in Southern California- giving builders a chance to show off their work to huge numbers of fair attendees. The display will run from July 22nd through August 9th at the fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, nearby the speedway. Invitations have gone out to many of the best bike builders in the region, and it will be a great opportunity for the public to see some great machines and design work, and for the builders to have a huge venue to let thousands of people see their finest motorcycle work.
Expect to see one-off custom bikes built by industry leaders such as Arlen Ness, Matt Hotch, Gard Hollinger from LA ChopRods, and Todd’s Cycle – plus an assortment of new builders with their latest customs like HBMC and Huntington Beach Hogs.
Keep an eye out for future updates. We’ll be taking lots of pictures, and talking to a lot of top bike builders…

As shown previously, Drag Specialties’ ”Redwood Run” was a great chance for two of Saddlemen’s sales folks to hit the open road earlier this month, catch up with people in the industry, and have some fun during this ”thank you” event. Whether is was at a great local restaurant, during a fun cook-out, or taking a break from riding, there was lots of time to socialize, tell a few jokes and stories, and “network.”

The Illinois State H.O.G. Rally offered us a great opportunity to meet the public, and show our motorcycle luggage, saddlebags, and of course, our seats. Saddlemen was represented at the Drag Specialties display, based during the rally at Hall’s Harley-Davidson, in Springfield. Our Director of Sales, Stan Alicki, was able to work with the knowledgeable Drag Specialties representatives, and help quite a few riders chose the best luggage and seats for their needs, and provide technical and installation assistance. The booth staff included, as pictured above, Todd, Drag Specialties Sales Representative; Mike, Drag Specialties’ Inside Sales Manager; Saddlemen’s Stan; and Johnny,Memphis Shades’ Sales Manager.
