We Continue And Expand Our Legacy Of Innovative Seat Designs
At Saddlemen, 2011 is proving to be a year of growth, creativity and refinement, as we expand our world-famous line of motorcycle seats.
One of our exciting new additions is the inaugural model in our Signature Seat line, the Slammed Pro Tour™, designed with custom bike builder Todd Silicato, founder of Todd's Cycles of Huntington Beach, California. Todd applied his unique styling sense to create the ultimate low-profile, bagger seat that's acceptable for touring. Keeping Saddlemen technology and quality at the center of this new saddle, he sculpted the seat to drop down into the bike for a low riding position that also helps the rider touch the ground with confidence at stops.
Another new saddle was designed with our years of real-world experience working with riders in mind. The newest members of the Renegade™ touring seat family; our “Heels Down” seats have been developed to position the rider lower and forward for better control and riding confidence. Each saddle is low, wide and comfortable, with carefully designed contours that permit the rider to securely plant their feet when at a stop. The “Heels Down” line is now the perfect seat choice for smaller riders who desire comfort and style.
Saddlemen also is an innovator in the use of exciting new cover materials and foam on our seats, improving comfort and performance. The latest innovation in riding comfort; the Explorer™ G-TEC combines elements of Saddlemen’s famous touring seat family with the advancement of Gel Channel technology that incorporates gel and a channel in the main foam. It also features a flexible fabric cover for improved "breathing" comfort, combined with concealed gel channel and a layer of memory foam that conforms to the shape of the rider’s body to relieve pressure, to keep the rider and passenger comfortable and in the saddle longer.
Saddlemen will continue to design and unveil exciting new seats and luggage throughout 2011. Our commitment to quality, value and innovation continues. Watch for more Saddlemen releases throughout the coming year.
