Appleton Harley-Davidson/Buell Hosts Special Saddlemen Event

Appleton Harley-Davidson / Buell Saddlemen Event

Recently, our traveling technical and sales “guru,” Gary Smith, visited Appleton HD in Clarksville, Tennessee for a special open house event. Gary got the chance to meet a wide variety of riders, show off our products, and almost literally sold a truckload of Saddlemen gear.

Appleton Harley-Davidson / Buell Saddlemen Event

Gary would like to thank the people at Appleton Harley-Davidson for hosting a really successful event, and also Drag Specialties representatives James McGlynn and Mike Goggins (seen above on their bikes), for their top-notch support and coordination. Above right, are Matt and Tammy Silva, just a couple of the great folks he got to meet in the Nashville-Clarksville area. Saddlemen is proud to show the riding public our products at events across the nation. We’ll likely be at a dealership in your region soon…

We at Saddlemen want to thank everyone involved in the recent product sales training briefings and Super Showcase hosted by the Drag Specialties and Parts Unlimited team for their top-notch hospitality and support. These events were held from August 19th through the 23rd in Madison, Wisconsin.

Saddlemen Thanks Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties

Above, at our Super Showcase booth in Madison, speaking with members of the Parts Unlimited sales team, are, left to right, Saddlemen President Tom Seymour; our traveling technical and sales expert, Gary Smith, and our Marketing Director, Greg Friend.

The Super Showcase was a great opportunity for us to familiarize the people of the Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties team from across the country with the models and features of our luggage and seats – especially our newest items.

These sales professionals are vital to us, in seeing that Saddlemen products are made easily available nationwide, along with providing assistance and information they share with both customers and motorcycle shops. We truly appreciate all the enthusiasm and attention they showed during our formal presentations and informal chats about our growing product line.

We Are There To Celebrate The Big Illinois Dealership’s Eighth Anniversary

Chi-Town Harley-Davidson

Saddlemen’s Gary Smith visited Chi-Town Harley-Davidson in Tinley Park, Illinois for their August 15th Eighth Birthday Party. Shown above, left to right, are Jeff Derge, Regional Sales Manager for Drag Specialties; George Tragos, owner and president of Chi-Town HD; Mark Hiel of Drag Specialties; and our own Gary Smith.

Chi-Town Harley-Davidson

The Chicago spirit is definately strong at Chi-Town Harley-Davidson.  Above the main entrance The Blues Brothers are quite prominent.  We’re wondering if that bike is officially a Blues Bagger?

Chi-Town Harley-Davidson

We at Saddlemen were glad we could be there to enjoy the festivities along with demonstrating and selling lots of our luggage, and want pass along our congratulations, thanks, and best wishes for the future to everyone at Chi-Town Harley-Davidson.

We’ll continue to be out across the country all through the year. Most often, we’ll be affiliated with a Drag Specialties display, and will always be looking forward to answering questions and proudly showing what our expertise and technology can do to make riding more enjoyable.

On a more traditional county fair “hog” related note, this little porker was a nearby neighbor to our exhibit, and a bit of a temporary mascot. We hope he was an award winner, and turns out to be a proud parent for years to come, as opposed to gracing the refrigerated section of one of our fine local supermarkets…
