Warranty Coverage Eligibility Requirements:
  • The claim must come from the original purchaser of the qualifying Saddlemen product.
  • A copy of the consumer’s bill of sale must be attached, showing the original purchase of the qualifying Saddlemen product. The bill of sale must indicate part numbers and other pertinent information.
PLEASE ATTACH ALL REQUESTED PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS TO HELP EXPEDITE THE WARRANTY REVIEW PROCESS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR CLAIM BEING DENIED. 
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED BY SADDLEMEN UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM. 
This RA# is valid for 30 days. After 30 days a new claim must be opened.  
Please print this RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
