Cancelation Policy

Cancelation Policy


There could be a number or reasons you'd like to cancel your order after placing it. You might have found your item available elsewhere, or something in your life has changed; we understand things happen. Ultimately, we want you to find the right seat or other items you need to help you get out and ride. 


PRODUCT STATUS AT TIME OF CANCELATION REQUEST 

If canceled within 48 hours of placing order (production not started) -- No charge. 

If canceled after 48 hours (production started) -- The fee will depend on type of product. See list below. 


TYPE OF PRODUCT CANCELED (These guidelines are for Harley, Indian, and select Adventure Touring bikes)

If it's a stock part number (not custom) -- No fee

If it has custom thread color only -- 10% Return, Exchange or Cancelation fee. 

Any extreme custom (materials, stitch pattern, thread color) -- NO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCELATION is possible. 

Any graphic custom (personalized artwork embroidery) -- Once artwork is approved by customer and order is placed, NO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCELATION is possible. 

Luggage & Accessories -- If item is shipped and tracking is available, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unused product in original packaging back to SDLM to receive a refund. 


THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED, RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

All extreme custom orders, including custom materials, stitch pattern, and thread color. 

All graphic custom orders, with personalized embroidery art, once the artwork is approved by the customer and the order is placed. 

Seats for certain metric motorcycles that are non-inventory items, and built specific for your order. Please speak with a Saddlemen representative for more details.
