Returns & Refunds
Saddlemen wants you to be extremely happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Simply call or email one of our friendly and knowledgeable product specialists at 1.800.397.7709 or sales@saddlemen.com.
Standard Return Policy: ALL RETURNS
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you recently purchased from Saddlemen:
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Saddlemen, either online or at a Saddlemen Retail Store, can be returned to Saddlemen.
- Saddlemen products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or warranty claim Saddlemen will provide prepaid shipping labels. All other return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Personalized items using custom thread color will be subject to a 10% return fee.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase within the USA.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued first before you ship anything back to Saddlemen. Shipping a return item to Saddlemen without an RA number will result in extended lead times or lost items, and will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, a returns inspection is initiated. After the returned product is inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
